Account deletion

How to request deletion
To delete your SpeakGain account and related data, go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the app.
If you can't complete it in the app, email [email protected] from the Google or Apple account address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request".
What gets deleted
- Authentication information (email address and user identifier)
- Server-side usage records (generation request counts)
- Your customer identifier on the billing platform (RevenueCat)
What is not deleted, or needs a separate step
- Learning data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app
- Cancel your subscription separately from the Google Play Subscriptions screen, or on iOS from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (deleting your account does not cancel it)
- Records we are required by law to retain are deleted once the statutory period has passed
Processing time
After we confirm your request, we complete deletion within 30 days and notify you by email.
